Having worked together on several projects within Aberdeen, North Sea and Asia where quality delivery of services is paramount,
it became clear that such world-class services delivery is required to boost local Nigerian oil and gas services and to train local expertise to meet up and compete with industry giants around the world.
This group of Engineers began to pull resources together comparing the services delivery and benchmarking the shortfalls with a view to creating tailor made solutions that will tackle these shortfalls. The technique used was to work with foreign expertise that could deliver these service shortfalls and form alliances with them to further fine turned these services to suit local Nigerians requirements maintaining highest standard, safety, and quality.
This alliance was given birth to in the first quarter of 2014 but ALFJEDA ENGINEERS LIMITED started operation in 2015 with Marine/offshore consultancy services, fabrication, construction/civil works, vessel brokerage and crewing, shore protection equipment hire, procurement, heavy duty fabrication, testing, quality management and Project management services. At the point of inception, ALFJEDA ENGINEERS LIMITED had partnered with both local and foreign counterparts to ensure that the vision to carve a nitch for our brand is achieved within all our projects.
ALFJEDA ENGINEERS LIMITED operates a project-based organizational structure, which ensures every endeavor is managed by its own team, whose team leader reports to our central head office in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This central office oversees the general
planning, financing and implementation of each project while our regional offices offer specialized service and support required for our service delivery. With this structure, we can effectively and efficiently monitor several projects simultaneously and inject special requirements if needed while measuring our milestones and consistency within our set-out plan.
